Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Lovely Simmon. We strive to provide high-quality books, devotionals, journals, and digital resources.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final. This includes:

  • eBooks and PDFs
  • Journals, devotionals, and workbooks
  • Guides, printable resources, and templates
  • Digital bundles
  • Courses (unless a specific guarantee is stated on the sales page)

No refunds will be issued after access or download has been provided. If you experience a technical issue receiving your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly help you access your files.

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged item, a defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, an exchange, or a refund at our discretion.

Order Errors

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed for a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Event Registrations and Coaching

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable registration page or agreement:

  • Registration fees for workshops, speaking events, and coaching programs are non-refundable.
  • If an event is canceled by Lovely Simmon, participants will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
